Review by Kate Stoltz
I first saw the Flexi Clip on the Lilla Rose website. The website introduced it to me in video format and I have to say they did a really good job explaining everything. It was clean and to the point. It told you exactly what they were, what they did, how to use them, and which sizes were best for ones type of hair.
And then I took a good look at the clips themselves. Can I just say THEY ARE GORGEOUS?! I wanted each and every one, but unfortunately I had to pick only one for this review. So I got a silver Celtic knot, size medium. Simple, but elegant.
And when it was arrived you could tell it was a nice clip with it’s strong, well-made crafted metal features, but light weight feel. Covered with a small soft square cloth with the Flexi Clip business card tucked in, it had a professional niceness about it.
Now what you should know about my hair is that it goes down to my mid back and it’s slightly wavy and it’s silky although not as silky as some. And like all people with a good length of hair there are the days when you’re mildly satisfied with it, there are the days when your hair makes your day by doing exactly what you want it to. And then there are the days when your hair goes berserk and becomes a living nightmare of grooming. I went through all three and several combinations of them.
The Flexi Clip I’m pleased to say always set off my hair nicely, even when it was snarled or wouldn’t set right. I use it to hold my hair up but mostly I just use as an accessory but that’s just because the medium is a size too small for putting all my hair up.
I would totally recommend this to anyone with at least an inch of hair. These clips are well made, extremely durable, and beautiful in all their styles. They come in all sizes with ridges on the bottom half of the clip to adjust it. These clips are well worth the money you pay for them, and they make excellent gifts for daughters, nieces, granddaughters, and the reverse. Have fun!
Shannon’s Note: When Holly Noble first approached me about doing a FlexiClip review, I had just cut my hair, so I asked Kate if she’d be willing to do a review. She collects headbands and hair ties and clips to help manage her long hair. But once the FlexiClip arrived, I immediately regretted asking her to do the review – because I wanted one!! So very pretty! :) Thank you Holly for the opportunity to review this great product.
